If your file ends up as a .zip or .rar you need to download and install Winrar – www.rarlab.com Once you download it just right click the .zip and press “Extract to /whateverthefilenameis” And it will put the .ipa (Which iTunes reads) into a folder then you just have to drag it into iTunes.
